Upgrade and Small Works contract signed (Oct 2005) |

CAIP have been successful in signing up to a 24 month
framework agreement for the provision of Site Upgrade and
Small Works to cell sites for a mobile phone operator. The
works cover both north and south regions and allow the group
to combine the Project Management expertise of CAIP with the
Rigging skills of its rigging division SPECTRUM. |

Exclusivity Agreements Signed (Sept 2005) |

|
CAIP have signed exclusivity arrangements with 2 major ADC
telecoms infrastructure providers. Under these arrangements CAIP will provide increased services covering Project
Management, Commercial Management and Build for all clients
construction work. |

Datacentre Power-Upgrade contract award (July 2005) |

CAIP awarded £200,000 contract on datacentre power-upgrade
project for Blue Chip Client. |
| |
|
Phase 1 of the works includes demolition of old foundations
and then the construction of multiple generator bases, fuel
tanks, associated ducting, support steel and acoustic
fencing. |
| |
|
Phase 2 requires internal works to the datacentre to take
unused office space up to "technical room" standards. |
| |
|
The project is currently on schedule and started in June
2005. |
