Investing in People (Apr 2009) |
| |
|
CAIP continue to invest in its people by bringing a
programme of both APM and Prince 2 training to the business.
The programme will be concluded within 2009 with, it is
hoped, 10 people fully certified in both APM and Prince 2
techniques. |
| |
|
Alistair McAuley (Director) said, "we took the unusual step
of developing both highly recognized techniques given that
one focus’s on "how to" and the other on "best process and
practice". It is felt that this will best equip CAIP
for the challenges faced within multi disciplinary fast
moving projects that the company regularly becomes involved
with." |
