| Overall
Purpose: |
| Ensure
all systems and procedures run effectively and that field staff
receive full backup support. To develop systems and procedures
to suit the growth of the business. |
|
Principal Job Responsibilities: |
Receiving
all project mail and project correspondence and take appropriate
actions in a timely manner and after consultation with Project /
Construction Manager. |
Updating
spreadsheets and databases for recording sites received, drawings,
tenders, orders etc in line with cell site process. |
Ensuring
risk assessments and method statements are received from suppliers
in a timely manner. |
Drafting
health and safety plans and reports. |
Sending
out tender packages to suppliers and ensuring quotations are
received back. |
Placing
purchase orders with suppliers when instructed. |
Compiling
and submitted equipment call offs and permits when required and in
conjunction with the Project / Construction Manager. |
Liaising
with customers and suppliers over all aspects of the site work. |
Compiling
presentations and reports. |
Check
for faxes and emails received on a regular basis and action as
appropriate. |
Hard
copy filing, soft copy filing and scanning documents as required. |
Photocopying
as required. |
Chase
suppliers for information relevant to hand-over pack and compile
pack for submission to the client. |
Regular
/ constant telephone contact with Field Engineers to review mail and
agree actions. |
